All sales are final. Design Revival will accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged during transit or by fault of the supplier. Design Revival retain the right to decide upon the nature of the damage.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to alert us and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item excluding shipping costs.
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the receipt of the returned item as well as advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment which you should receive within 7 business days of the process date.
Sale items may not be refunded. Only full priced items are eligible for return or refund in accordance with this policy.
To return an item you should first contact us before shipping the item. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping as shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Design Revival is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address on the order.
